Our return policy aims to maintain transparency while ensuring fair operational practices.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. For return requests made after the 14-day period, and subject to approval, a credit note will be issued at 70% of the original purchase value of the returned goods.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
Crayzee Ts reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or an error occurred during fulfillment, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in accordance with the return period section.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a credit note will be issued within 5–6 business days.
