Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. If an order does not exceed the minimum of 50 euros the customer is liable to pay for the transportation cost. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, customers will receive confirmation that their order is on its way.

Shipping Locations

Crayzee T’s currently provides shipping services across Europe. For all deliveries outside of Cyprus, transportation costs, including any applicable handling or logistics fees, are fully the responsibility of the customer.

For customers interested in international shipping, please contact us directly before placing an order so that appropriate shipping arrangements can be discussed. Additionally, subject to eligibility and compliance requirements, we support intra-Community triangular transactions (τριγωνικό ενδοκοινοτικό εμπόριο), enabling VAT-exempt invoicing in accordance with EU VAT legislation.
